Ben Ohling

With over a decade of experience in the tech field, Ben serves as the Lead Data Engineer at Garcia Marsalli, LLP, where he oversees the firm’s entire technology infrastructure. His work spans network management, systems administration, database architecture, data analytics, and custom software development. Currently, he is leading the design and development of the company’s internal web application—a centralized platform to securely house and streamline all of the firm’s data.

Before joining Garcia Marsalli, LLP, Ben built a strong technical foundation through diverse roles across the tech industry. At CyberLock Inc., he provided full-spectrum IT support—building servers, managing databases, developing custom scripts, and solving complex client challenges. He later joined Hewlett Packard’s Jet Fusion 3D Print Lab as a software developer and data engineer, where he designed internal tools that optimized lab operations and supported innovative 3D printing technologies.

From building servers and writing code to designing enterprise-level data solutions, Ben combines deep technical expertise with a problem-solving mindset. When he’s not engineering solutions in the office, you’ll likely find him in the gym or on the rugby field.
