Hayley Lammers

Hayley Benson is a dedicated legal assistant at Garcia, Marsalli LLP in El Segundo, California. She provides essential support in the firm’s most active cases and helps ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

In her current role, Hayley assists with preparing legal documents, conducting research, managing court filings, and keeping communication clear between clients and defense counsel. She also helps oversee and support the legal assistant team, contributing to a collaborative and organized work environment. In 2024, she was recognized with the firm’s Employee of the Year award, a reflection of her team-first mindset.

Hayley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Loyola Marymount University in 2023. She continues to pursue her legal career as a JD candidate at Santa Clara University School of Law.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys playing tennis and golf, surfing, and spending time at the beach.
